Return & Refund Policy

Unless we sent out the wrong products to you, else we do not accept return due to other reasons. We will check all the products to make sure 100% in good condition before deliver to you.

For Name Stickers: Replacement can only be done if there is any mistake in printing of your given name/words. We will bear the standard delivery costs if the mistake is done by us. Do inform us via email within 2 days after you received our name stickers. We will not entertain after 2 days grace period. 

You can cancel the order within 2 days by informing us via email before you make the payment to us. No cancellation is allowed once you have make the payment.
